Singing bowls are used to meditate in Nepal.

Hold the bottom of the bowl on your flat hand and gently rub the wooden handle around the outside of the bowl and soothing harmonic soundwaves will fill the air. Each Singing Bowl is made with a unique mix of up to seven metals and has its own song and vibrations. Traditional Uses:
