HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for a full refund or store credit!
Just return items in their original condition within 30 days and when we receive them we will credit you (via your original payment method) the full product price of the original items. No Returns 30 days after receiving your order.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
EASY HOLIDAY RETURNS:
If you purchase a gift between November 20 and Dec. 24, we will issue a full refund on unused items received back to us before Jan 31st!
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES: We don't do exchanges per se. You can send back any items you don't want for a refund and then place a new order for your desired items. They will be treated as separate orders. This way you can get your new items faster. We will process your returns as soon as we receive them.

UPS and FEDEX returns must email us for instructions.
It usually only takes a few days for refunds to process, but could take as long as 1-2 weeks in some cases.
If we don't have the size incense you ordered we may substitute other size boxes in the same quantity so you don't have to wait for your order.
If your order ships with free shipping and then you return items that qualified you for free shipping there will be a $5.00 restocking free withheld from your refund amount.
We can ship to USA, Canada, most of Europe and many other countries!
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping for 1 hat to most countries starts around $10 USD.
We CANNOT ship heavy orders over 4lbs. If you order over 4lbs of goods (including packages) we will have to split the order and send you a new quote.
